Soot Sprite with Candy

This life-size(?) soot sprite/susuwatari/makkuro kurosuke found a piece of candy! With cute gangly arms and legs.

Crocheted with care and acrylic yarn, it is stuffed with soft polyester fiber fill. The eyes are safety eyes and felt.

All patterns are my own, usually improvised.

*Allergy note: These are made in the home of Mallow the Cat, often while he is nearby. I do take care to remove any fur I notice.
